He was born on Dec 28th 2001, who is an Indian Cricketer who plays for the National Men’s Cricket Team as an opening batsman. He made his Test debut against West Indies cricket team in July 2023, he scored his maiden test century in his first innings in that match. In domestic cricket Yashasvi Jaiswal plays for Mumbai Ranji Team and Indian Premier League ( IPL ) franchise Rajasthan Royals. Yashasvi Bhupendra Jaiswal, was born on 28th Dec 2001 in Suriyawan, Uttar Pradesh. He is the 4th child to his parents Bhupendra Jaiswal ( Father ) and Kanchan Jaiswal ( Mother ). By profession his father had a small hardware store at Suriyawan, and Mother Kanchan Jaiswal is a housewife. He came to Mumbai at the age of 10 to get training from the experts on cricket at Azad Maidan. After coming to Mumbai, he was staying in a dairy shop in lieu of the work he will be doing at the shop but was soon kicked out by the owner of the shop as he was irregular at his work due to his cricket coaching.

After he moved out of the dairy shop, he started living in tents for a period of almost 3 years. A person by name Jwala Singh in December 2013, spotted Yashasvi Jaiswal immense potential & talent for the game of cricket. Jwala Singh was running a cricket academy in Santacruz, Mumbai.

He first came to the limelight in 2015, when he smashed an un-beaten knock of 319 not out, in a Giles Shield match in a school tournament. He was later selected for Mumbai under-16 squad and later to Under-19 squad of India Cricket team.

Yashasvi Jaiswal was the highest run-scorer ( 318 ) runs and player of the tournament at 2018 Under -19 Asia Cup, which was won by India.

In 2019, Jaiswal scored 173 from 220 balls in a youth test match against South Africa under-19, Later in that year, he scored 294 runs in 7 matches, which includes 4 half centuries, in the under-19 tri-series in England. In December 2019, Yashasvi Jaiswal was called in India’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket world cup. He scored a smashing 100 against Pakistan in the Semi’s, he was the leading run scorer throughout the  tournament.

Yashasvi Jaiswal played his first debut match on 7th Jan 2019 for Mumbai Ranji Trophy Team, and he played his first limited over match at Vijay Hazare Trophy on 28th Sep 2019. He scored his first double ton i.e. 203 runs from 154 balls against Jharkhand in a Vijay Hazare Trophy match and he became the youngest double ton scorer in the history of Limited Overs match at the age of 17 years, yashasvi jaiswal stats were 17 fours, 12 sixes and was one of the five run scorers during the competition, yashasvi jaiswal stats out of six matches he played, his batting average was 112.80, Later he was named in the India B squad for the 2019-20 season for Deodhar Trophy.

It was in June 2023, our Yashasvi Jaiswal got his first maiden call for Indian National Cricket Teams Test Squad for the series with West Indies, and guess what Yashasvi Jaiswal scored his first maiden Test Century by scoring 171 runs due to which he had received player of the match award. In the 3rd T20 match against West Indies Yashasvi has made his T20 international debut which was played in August 2023.
